INTRODUCTION:
We hereby introduce to you our company Tabosh Properties a property company with solid background in Real Estate Agency, Property management, Sales and letting, Urban Planning and Architectural design to mention but a few. With our Head office at 7c, Araromi Street, Ogudu via Ojota, Lagos, the company has over 25 years of experience in the built environment of Lagos metropolis. Hence, we are part of the economic and commercial growth of our neighborhood and beyond. Having properties in our care which spread all around major towns and cities in Nigeria which including:

• Ibadan
• Abuja etc.
Tabosh Properties maintains and runs corporate accounts with leading name in the Nigeria Banking Industry, United Bank for Africa (UBA) who we relate with as the need arises.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
As a result of our day-to-day activities in real estate services, the following services shall be rendered.
i. PRE-LETTING (UNDER RENOVATION);
We hope to negotiate the prevailing rent with the prospective tenants prior to completion of the following letting techniques.
• Advertisement in the Castles weekly magazine
• Distribution of hand bills
• Display of “To Let” board on the property
• Inter-firm marketing of real estate property via bulletin, handbills and personal contact.
ii. RENT COLLECTION;
The success of Property Investment hangs on steady flow of income. The prevailing market rent shall be collected. The rent collected would be used in servicing loan taken for the renovation bearing in mind the soaring borrowed fund. All the statement of accounts, receipts and payment shall be rendered to your management.
